Foreign Payments Ltd are regulated for Money Remittance services by the Financial Services Authority

Our FSA Registration Number is 523801. Details of our company can be found on the FSA Register (by searching for Foreign Payments Ltd or Registration Number 523801)

Foreign Payments Ltd complies fully with all the regulations laid down by the FSA. This includes

- Full details of all Directors and Shareholders in Foreign Payments Ltd
- Segregated Client Account for all Client funds received (held with HSBC Bank, New Bond Street)
- Full Accounting procedures adhered to (complying to UK company law)
- Annual reporting to FSA in accordance with our registration conditions

Foreign Payments Ltd are required to identify all Clients before transacting business with them. For Private Clients the regulations state that money transmission providers must keep (on file) proof of identification and proof of address. All details are checked through Equifax Credit Agency

Foreign Payments Ltd will require the following documentation from all Private Clients

- Private Client Registration form (completed and signed)
- Terms & Conditions (completed and signed)
- Clear copy of Passport
- Recent Utility Bill (we cannot accept mobile telephone bills)

Foreign Payments Ltd require the following documentation from clients wishing to open a Corporate Client Account

- Company Registration Certificate
- Company bank account statements (for previous 3 months)
- A letter signed by a Director of the Company who is authorised to deal with Foreign Payments Ltd
- Clear copies of Company Director's Passports (for Directors with 25%+ shareholding)
- Clear copies of Passports for all persons authorised to deal with Foreign Payments Ltd
- Company Utility Bill (we cannot accept mobile telephone bills)
- The purpose of each transaction must be stated on all payments

All Money Payment Services transactions are carried out through our nominated brokers. Foreign Payments only release currency on receipt of cleared funds, therefore our liability to rate fluctuation is minimal. This means we can always offer our clients the most competitive rates.
