You will need to complete
this form if your order is for over £5,000 (or your annual foreign
exchange needs total over £25,000)
Once we receive the form we will send you a completed
Registration Document (by fax or post) for you to check, sign and
return.
As well as the
completed Registration Document, we will also require a photo-copy of
your passport or drivers licence (only photo-card licences are acceptable).
For proof of
address we
will need a photo-copy of a recent utility bill (ie.
gas, electric, telephone etc.)
You only need
to register once. You can then order all your foreign exchange needs by
telephone, fax or online.
